Mica Microwave's standard detector product line includes a broad range of proven designs that extend from 500 MHz to 18.0 GHz. These detectors are offered with three different device types; tunnel, biased Schottky, and zero bias Schottky. All models are realized in specially designed modules with full function circuitry including DC returns and RF bypass capacitors. Each and every module is 100% screened to verify reliability and performance. This screening includes; pre-cap inspection, stabilization bake, final electrical, and final visual and mechanical inspection. We have the facility to build and screen these devices to various military standards such as MIL-STD-883.
